Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

- Operate lift machines to handle customer vehicles, ensuring proper care and parking in designated spaces.

- Maintain a high level of awareness and attentiveness to ensure the security of vehicles and prevent any theft or damage.

- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding parking guidelines, payment collection, and customer service protocols.

- Ensure the parking lot is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in parking operations and working with lift machines is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

- Strong attention to detail to accurately park and handle vehicles.

- Flexible availability to match the fluctuating hours of operation and meet the needs of our customers.

- Punctuality and reliability to consistently show up on time for scheduled shifts.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and represent the company professionally.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Possess a valid driver's license.

Essential Duties:

- Drive each vehicle safely and follow company guidelines.

- Maintain uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

- Keep parking areas neat and free of trash.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Ability to understand and follow instructions.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Must authorize the company to obtain driving record for verification purposes.

- Friendly, congenial, and a team player.

- Must have at least three years of driving experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers to the dealership lot
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot
- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Assist with inventory management and vehicle inspections

Requirements:
- Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse customer base
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling purposes
