Who we are looking for:
Reporting directly to our Founder and CEO, we’re looking for a Director of Growth to lead and scale our digital product growth strategy. Our ideal Director is a lights-out marketer and growth hacker with a consistent track-record of creating and implementing multi-channel digital strategies that have fueled growth. This individual will have a proven track record of leading tangible business outcomes and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, boost conversion, and increase revenue.

-Driving a steep growth curve through an innovative and measurable strategy.
-Developing high-impact marketing campaigns across organic and paid digital channels.
-Build out digital strategies, frameworks and playbooks while driving deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional and collaborative environment.
-Leveraging and synthesizing data and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and measuring success while creating a culture of experimentation and iteration that drives growth.
-Managing the continuous optimization of digital marketing performance.
-Create A/B testing to optimize performance across all demand generation channels.
-Driving down Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and improving conversion rates.
-Defining and delivering go-to-market strategies that focus on retention and net new sales.
-Staying top of industry trends because you are an innovator. Thinking creatively and executing autonomously, while always finishing what you started.
-Outperforming growth goals.
You have:
-6 years of relevant experience in a digital growth marketing and/or product role.2 years of experience driving hypergrowth in a B2B SaaS environment.
-Experience developing and implementing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
-A combination between a data driven and creative approach to achieving successful outcomes.
-Experience with product lead growth.A hunger to build something big.A passion for problem-solving.
