L U X Y S P A C E Interior Design firm is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great organizational practices, prioritizes well, has good general office skills to join our team! This position is currently temporary, full time with the potential to grow into a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Assist principal designers with projects and administrative tasks
- Communication with vendors, subcontractors and clients
- Ordering samples and merchandise
- Maintain and update calendar
- Organizing office and inventory
Requirements:
- College-level degree required (or experience in related field)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the agility to multi-task

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

All visitors and clients are required to wear masks, curbside pick up available, common areas sanitized daily.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
