We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects and manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Foster seamless communication with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage the design process by overseeing samples, merchandise, and procurement
- Maintain and update project timelines with precision
- Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy
- Conduct targeted research as required for project development
- Execute data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Organize and manage inventories for the library, warehouse, and office supplies
- Provide dedicated support for the team's daily administrative responsibilities
- Assist with errands and opening/closing procedures
- Manage incoming calls and handle various office-related tasks seamlessly
Preferred qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
The role is a temporary position on full-time hours, with potential to become full-time on a permanent basis.
