Summary:
The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and coordination of commercial construction projects. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, as well as experience managing and motivating teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and budget commercial construction projects
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
- Manage and motivate construction crews
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
