We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for Industrial projects. This is a role for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our upcoming projects valued at $30M
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction project, from initial planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce all safety regulations and quality standards on the job site
- Communicate regularly with project team members and provide updates to upper management
- Handle any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process and find solutions to keep the project on track
- This is an on-site position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in warehouse and distribution construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of construction software and tools
