Position Summary: 

As a LYMBR Academy Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the skills and knowledge of our Stretch Therapists within the organization. This position, which can be tailored to your preferences as part-time alongside your Stretch Therapist role or full-time, centers on designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions. Your primary goal is to maintain and elevate the quality and standards of stretch protocols across all LYMBR locations. 

What You’ll Do: 

We're in search of experienced trainers, educators in wellness and fitness, and advocates for professional development who are excited to: 

• Collaborate with management and our training team to identify local training needs. 
• Prepare and lead engaging training workshops for our dedicated Stretch Therapists. 
• Implement a comprehensive training curriculum and ensure trainees have easy access to essential training materials. 
• Assess trainees' progress and identify opportunities for personalized instruction. 
• Evaluate trainees' techniques, body mechanics, and adherence to our high-quality stretch standards. 
• Keep meticulous records of completed training sessions and monitor the retention of training materials. 
• Ensure that all Stretch Therapists adhere to LYMBR's stretch protocols according to our training standards. 
• Bring your expertise to the table, working both independently and as part of our collaborative training team. 

What We Are Looking For 

Qualifications: 

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized accrediting organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). 
• CPR and AED certification. 
• Strong passion for health and fitness. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills 
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals. 
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. 
• Experience working with diverse client populations. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends and industry developments. 

Experience for External Candidates: 

• Experience delivering training sessions to various audiences. This could include classroom training, workshops, online training, or one-on-one coaching.  
• Experience in conducting needs assessments a plus. 
• Experience in designing training materials is valuable.  
• Experience in developing and delivering online training content. 

Experience for Internal Candidates 

• In-depth understanding of the LYMBR method.  
• Practical hands-on experience of the LYMBR method. 

• Have a good understanding of Learners including skill levels and needs  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. 
• Degree or certification in instructional design, adult education, or a related field. 
• Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., nutrition, strength training). 
• Previous experience as a fitness trainer or group fitness instructor.
