In this role you will
- Provide excellent communications skills, including oral, written, and graphical display of data.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and possesses the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
- Ability to document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action, as necessary.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power BI to present data, use automation tools available in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Works collaboratively to ensure requirements are met.
The successful applicant will offer:
- Previous performance improvement experience, required.
- Knowledge of performance improvement tools and techniques and proficient with the use of internal/external databases for benchmarking, obtaining evidence-based information and comparing performance.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through to ensure achievement of department goals.
- Ability to establish working relationships with members in all areas of the health system.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, industry related core measure software systems and electronic medical record applications.
