Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations support to be performed on-site at the customer location at APG, MD.
Responsibilities:
Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns to identify and resolve requirements/concerns.
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success quickly and proactively.
Provide overall technical assistance and guidance for the design, development, testing, product improvement, fielding, and sustainment of projects.
Balance cost, schedule, and performance to assure best value for the customer.
Support external stakeholder engagement on matters effecting program execution.
Review programming documents received from higher headquarters to determine effect on assigned programs.
Support the development of a comprehensive time-phased and budgeted program designed to meet mission requirements.
Manage cost estimating, program planning, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, and oversight.
Direct the development of life cycle documentation for assigned projects and funds.
Perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties.
Required Skills:
Active TS with the ability to obtain a SCI Security Clearance.
BA/BS and minimum 10 years of related work experience
