Fleet Coordinator/Dispatcher
M.A.C. Transport, Inc. has an opening for a new team member in our Dispatch Department. This position is for a Fleet Coordinator/Dispatcher leading the driver team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills, be multi-task oriented and enjoy a fast paced, rewarding work environment. M.A.C. Daily Duties include:
- Implement and direct the transportation scheduling to ensure timely pick up and delivery of all truckload shipments from vendors to various customer locations.
- Ensuring Federal, State and Local regulations are observed and upheld in line with Company policy.
- Build strong relationships with Customers and Drivers.
- Update TMS (Transportation Management System) with details for each shipment.
- Promote driver safety and workplace safe performance.
Fleet Coordinator/Dispatcher:
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and computer skills, be a team player and be open to learning methods that enhance our company motto of, “Providing Extraordinary Service By Going The Extra Mile.”
- Previous experience in the transportation industry required.
