- 🎯 Operate HAAS Control CNC proficiently to produce parts with none to minimal scrap
- 🔄 Assist with set-ups, orientation and stacking of parts on 3rd, 4th & 5th Axis Machines
- 🛠 Recognize machining or manufacturing problems to produce defect free parts while meeting production rates
- 🔍 Detect and resolve machining issues for zero-defect part creation
- 📏 Utilize measuring tools like calipers and micrometers for precise work
- 🛠 Adjust tool and fixture offsets, and safely conduct mid-program starts
- 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
- 🌐 Minimum 1 year CNC Setup work experience required
- 🌐 HAAS Controlsexperience is a preferred but not a requirement
- 💡 Self-motivated, critical thinker with robust problem-solving skills
- 🖥 Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn new software
- 🏋 Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- 🏋 Requires prolonged standing, good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction)
- 🔒 Must pass a criminal background check and drug testing
