Description
The Inside Sales Representative assist customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service.
- Interact with walk-in customers at the front counter.
- Assist customers in selecting required parts and recommend associated products and services.
- Receive and process orders via the counter, phone, and email.
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
- Answers questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or direct them to the person that can assist them.
- Assists with any customer service issues that may arise.
- Incoming/Outbound Sales Calls.
- Achieves assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management to grow parts business.
- Develops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media.
- Maximizes current customer potential by using all available resources, including but not limited to CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis to determine growth opportunities, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, developing and leveraging relationships, maintaining current knowledge of new product and market developments.
- Documents all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas.
- Assist Branch Manager in sourcing parts for the shop.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- 5 Years of Inside Sales Experience.
- 5 years of Telemarketing or customer service experience in areas of new account solicitation and customer development.
- Automotive or Diesel industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Associate degree in diesel technology preferred.
- Bilingual a plus - Spanish and English.
- Demonstrates business strategy into day-to-day delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
