Job Summary
The Quality & Training Coordinator ensures that our products and services meet and exceed all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer by facilitating training with all Road Crew team members. This role will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all M. Dyer University Training Programs. This position will work side-by-side with the QA/QC, Warehouse Supervisors, and report to the Dispatcher & Ops Coordinator all overseen by Operations Manager.
The Quality & Training Coordinator ensures safety procedures, company policies, guidelines and industry best practices are being adhered to. A good focus of attention will be on, including but not limited to, the monitoring of warehouse and road crew quality packing, hours worked to job assignments, proper paperwork documentation, and road crew standard practices. Have an eye for detail, never be afraid to speak up and offer suggestions while having an open mind to learning and trying new things are all qualities for a successful Quality Control & Training Coordinator.
They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as respecting the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are driving sustainable growth.

Requirements
- TSA approved, DBIDS & Rapid Gate credential required
- Proven experience as quality manager
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Must possess a current driver's license and have a driving record that meets company guidelines
- Fluent in English; must be able to read and write

- Willingness to learn in an agile type of environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
- Organize crew meeting and enforce company-wide policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations such as DOT requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse and supervise road crew members and provide guidance and feedback
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify quality standards issues and compliance
- Monitor and inspect jobs in real time and/or final output
- Assist with updating dispatch job board by confirming, adding, and/or cancelling pending jobs as needed
- Conduct company road crew quality training sessions by facilitating all new hire road crew, drivers, and continuing education for all current employees by implementing M. Dyer University Trainings
- Advising, coaching, performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies
- Provide recommendations during performance evaluations
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Any other duties that may be requested by the Company

Physical and Environmental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, sit, talk, move about, hear and speak. The employee may be required to work in restricted spaces and/or under difficult lighting and access conditions. Noise level may be high when operating power equipment. Employees may be exposed to outside weather conditions when transporting materials. The employee must be able to lift frequently up to 100 pounds and ask for assistance in lifting items that are bulky or excessively heavy or appear to be beyond the employee capability. Employees are required to properly use such safety equipment as is appropriate to the work to prevent injury to self or others.
