Responsibilities:
- We are expanding our operation; for the first 4-6 weeks you will join a small crew focused on all aspects of Cannabis Processing including farm and lab productions.
- Assist with all trim room operations including trimming and consolidating harvest batches. Assist with preroll production and packaging as needed. Assist with lab packaging as needed. Assist with bucking and harvesting rooms as needed.
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with goals and objectives set by the Director of Operations
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift and information sharing.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
- Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must have OLCC Marijuana worker’s permit
- Physical Requirements of the Job: Must be able to lift up to 50, may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
Education and Experience:
- Agricultural experience preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
