What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at M.S. Walker?
Leading beverage wholesaler M.S. Walker has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Warren, RI office. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can contribute in a small office environment with top notch communication and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders received via phone or email
- Assist with any customer/sales/managers inquiries and needs
- Sort daily Invoices addressing/notating credits for misbills (re-bills) etc.
- Ensure checks received via truck deliveries are noted/received
- Distribute mail/process checks received
- Prepare daily FedEx pack to Corporate Office
- Photocopy and file PO receiving packets and save to file
- Update backorder report weekly
- Other tasks/projects as needed
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work well within a team while accomplishing individual projects
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Possess excellent phone skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize assignments
