Office Administrator responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support to designers and project managers as well as helps in the designing/project management process
· Schedules appointments for the designer, answers telephone calls and e-mails, responds to queries of clients
· Purchases materials when necessary, acquires pricing, initiates and tracks damage claims
· Opens new lines with vendors
· Keeps organized digital and written files for clients’ projects
· Schedules and communicates effectively with trades
· Performs other activities that the designer/project managers may assign including but not limited to: picking up and delivering fabric samples, stone and tile samples, delivering bolts of fabric or wallpaper as needed, unboxing inventory and cataloging in the web-based system, organizing and maintaining the fabric and sample libraries.

· Experience with studio designer a plus
