We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness and attention to detail. Must have great personality and people skills. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our customers happy and giving them the best experience each and every one of their appointments.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Complete daily job lists for each house
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Keep track of hours
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Fill up chemicals
- Own reliable vehicle and phone
- Be on time and reliable
Skills
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Speak English
- High school degree
- Experience is a plus but not required, training is available
