MAINTENANCE HOURLY
JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
JOB OVERVIEW:
M@C Discount buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. All maintenance personnel ensure the smooth flow of operations by keeping the facility clean. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect trash from the scan team and offices on a daily basis
- Collect trash from the Mobile Scan team hourly (or more if necessary)
- Ensure the dumpsters are completely filled every night but not overflowing
- Ensure nothing is placed in front of or alongside the dumpsters
- Sweep empty storage bays
- Sweep parking lot and dumpster area weekly
- Clean all restrooms
- Clean breakrooms and hallways
- Run vacuum weekly if any spaces have carpeting
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
- Must be able to wear steel or composite-toed shoes while working
- Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
