Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot injection molding machines including process and auxiliary

- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance functions.

- Write new plastic processes using scientific molding principles
- Perform mold changes and start ups.
- Determine tooling problems and communicate with tool room to resovle issues.
- Balance hot runner systems
- Drill out hot runner molds as needed.
- Lead set up techs in the department to ensure process effecieny
- Utilize 5S, continuous improvement and Lean tools daily to improve the
