The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is the face of Mach 1 to the client. With endless resources and operational support, the number one goal of our RSMs is revenue growth and business development. Our RSM’s are responsible for prospecting, cold calling, qualifying potential clients, closing business and retaining clients. While working with your local branch management and other senior executives you will also be responsible for finding the specific needs of your client and proposing customized solutions. As an RSM you will have specific net revenue and sales KPI goals.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Previous experience in freight or logistics sales preferred
