IT Systems Manager

Position requires regular travel!

Objective

Mack Industries is looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to add to our Information Technology Division. This position works under limited supervision and is responsible for the ongoing support and resolution of technical issues and overall health and wellness of all IT systems.

Position Responsibilities

• Provides direct technical support to company staff on installations, usage, and maintenance of company IT solutions
• Responsible for and provides leadership to IT operations
• Responds to end user inquiries concerning system software and applications
• Responsible for unsolved or complex networking design issues
• Ensures safety and recovery of all corporate data
• Follows end user issues through to completion to ensure resolution and end user satisfaction has been achieved
• Assist in creating technical documents and training material
• Provides work direction, problem resolution, and training to other technical resources both internal and external to the organization
• Participates in off-site travel to plant locations and other required facilities
• Lead in company work groups who plan direction of the Information Technology strategy, work processes and procedures
• Additional responsibilities as required

• Verizon/ AT&T Cell Phone Corporate Management
• ELD Fleet Management
• IBM Maas 360/Mobile Iron Mobile Device Management
• Crowdstrike Falcon EDR and Next Gen Antivirus Administration
• Druva Cloud Workstation Backup
• Synology NAS
• HP Layer 3 Switching Management
• Dell Servers and Workstations

Education and Essential Functions

• 8 years related experience, with at least 5 years in the understanding of networking systems and/or applications
• Business maturity
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, and provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems
• Responsible; able to manage time and efficiently, both with or without direct supervision
• Complete knowledge of company products, systems, applications and current operating systems
• Ability to understand the global corporate picture
• Focus toward and understanding of the end user needs
• Interpersonal skills, specifically working with co-workers, end-users, and management
• Dependability
• Accessibility

Travel

• Travel required (sites to include but not limited to OH, MI, NC. FL)
