Jr. Recruiter

Madison- Davis is a leading executive search firm specializing in financial services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the successful hiring of qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting and wants to grow their career in the field. This position is onsite at our Elmsford, NY location

Duties:
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding processes
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Research and implement innovative recruiting techniques to improve candidate sourcing
- Leverage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with employee evaluation processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Salesforce or Workday
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
