Job Summary
As a Social Media Live Content Creator you will be responsible for planning and hosting interactive Instagram/Tik Tok Live sessions to connect with our community. As a live host you will be showcasing Madrag products, driving sales, and assisting in building brand awareness. You will bring a positive and approachable demeanor to connect with customers on a personal level while engaging and showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and or how to style outfits.
Expectations
· Host Madrag Live’s on Instagram and or Tik Tok in an unscripted, engaging way.
· Wear Madrag products during all lives.
· Research and understand product details and styling options relevant to the live and trends.
· Plan and prepare for each Live to ensure product knowledge, scripts, and materials are ready.
· Appear in social content on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Available during weekdays and weekends.
· Ability to clearly articulate the features and benefits of specific garments.
· Must feel comfortable hosting on-air conversational, unscripted productions both solo and in cohosted shows.
· Must be comfortable selling on air; prior live sales experience is preferred.
· Must be able to sit or stand on set, on or off camera, for extended periods of time as required for a show.
· Must be easily adaptable to changing schedules.
· Demonstrated ability to multitask while under pressure.
· Must have a demonstrated passion for fashion and understanding of trends and styling techniques.
· A minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail sales experience, with styling and/or visual merchandising a plus!
· Experience setting and exceeding aggressive work goals.
· Ability to be flexible while advocating for what is needed.
· Great sense of humor and ability to maintain strong relationships with different personality types.
· Desire to be part of a close-knit team, learning from others and assisting anywhere needed.
