Key responsibilities: Partner with the Sub process Heads and Regional Leads to deploy the Finance Transition roadmap Manage end-to-end migrations of designated region / vertical Enable design and follow Global standard processes. Adherence to the Global program Budget (SG&A cost) towards realization of overall business benefit Participate in Pre-transition workshops to gain further insight and fine-tune the solution to meet stakeholders stated and unstated needs and develop and refine stakeholder engagement strategies and align with the Transition Lead Support all Change management initiatives to identify & act on all potential areas requiring focus and dedicated efforts Leading the internal reviews and evaluating success on the engagement framework for regional transitions. Engage with stakeholders to continuously monitor progress of project as agreed. Conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders to track and communicate the project progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope Preparing the respective GSC to handle the activities migrated Create the project plan for the respective cluster with the local project manager Prioritization of activities and resource alignment Stakeholder management with delivery management in the respective site Identify, escalate, manage and mitigate project specific risk for activities under his/her scope Responsible and accountable for SLA adherence during the transition lifecycle Stakeholder management – GSLT and Regional sponsors Global Finance (GSC) Teams Regional Process Leads Finance Transformation Leads Business Controls & Compliance Leads Support teams: HR, SOM, IT, BPM & SGA teams Global Finance leadership Team Regional leadership (Finance / Commercial) Teams Global Business CFOs and Regional CFOs. As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for: Post-graduate preferably management degree Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent Minimum 10 years’ transition experience with about 3-5 years in large scale Business Transitions, Migrations and acquisitions Should have proven experience in successfully executing Global transitions, ensuring effective Governance and seamless execution of the project Exposure to project management tools and technologies, familiarity with any of the major ERP platforms.
