Maesa is looking for a full-time Manager, Omnichannel & DTC, reporting to the Senior Manager, Omnichannel & DTC. This role will sit on the Customer Development team, overseeing E-Commerce Sales related activities for several Maesa brands including sales, assortment, paid search, performance analysis and promotional planning. The candidate must have strong project management skills, proficiency in driving online sales and experience with Amazon. This person is very data-driven and well versed in E-Commerce trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the overall E-commerce strategy to grow Amazon & dotcom sales and meet goals.
- Own pricing impact, fill rates, out of stocks and coordinate with ops & supply planning to manage inventory efficiently.
- Oversee Amazon order management process, holding internal and external teams accountable for efficient operations and minimized chargebacks with Amazon.
- Oversee paid search in Amazon Advertising, monitoring investment, strategy and analytics to drive iterative improvements in performance.
- Maintain E-Commerce budgets and regularly report on performance against KPI goals.
- Collaborate with Amazon 3P agency to ensure 1P/3P strategies drive maximum synergy.
- Define, manage and execute ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brand(s) online.
- Support content needs across Amazon, Retail dotcoms and DTC, optimizing content for best-in-class performance.
- Coordinate with Founder, brand experience or outside resources for content creation, providing direction on needs; ensure content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and brand experience teams to support key brand focuses, key product features, themes & campaigns throughout the year, supporting integrated communication plans.
- Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications / digital / business / media
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce/digital marketing.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and advanced use of Excel, strong analytical skills
- Proven knowledge of CMS tools – Shopify experience a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, organized.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams.
- Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment

Pay Range $80,000.00- $100,000.00
