We are seeking an experienced full-time Guest Services Specialist to join our team. Our Guest Services Specialist works well in a fast-paced environment and is energetic and engaging. You enjoy meeting new patients and creating connections. If you are skilled, passionate and are looking to join an innovative team, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to
- Greeting and registering patients
- Scheduling / confirming / rescheduling patient appointments
- Answering the telephone
- Preparing the office for the day
- Collecting payment for services
- Answering patient inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in records and patient confidentiality
- Creating and maintaining patient charts with accuracy

SKILLS DESIRED

- Proficiency charting in EMR system (NexTech knowledge is a plus, but not required)
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of customer service required
- Front office experience is preferred
- Experience in a medical office or in the aesthetic field is preferred, but not required.
Access to PHI (Protected Health Information)
This position has extensive access to PHI. It requires access to computerized schedules and computerized or paper-based billing data. It also may require the review of patient referral forms, lab results, tests, and encounter form data in the medical record in order to prepare patient information for the physicians and clinical staff.
