SUMMARY: Our Solution Developer creates the computer products needed in order to accomplish particular goals that clients have. This can range from custom-made software to graphic designs. A solutions engineer is a customer facing software engineer. Solutions Developer is a creative thinker, who thrives on innovation and thinks outside the box.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

They must determine what their customers need by communicating closely with these customers.

In addition to all the other software engineering skills required, they must also be able to elicit from the customer the problem that needs to be solved.

Eliciting requirements is typically a business analyst role so a solutions developer would be a combination BA / SWE.

Deliver solutions on time and under budget.

Work seamless with implementation specialist and other team members to achieve projects goals and deliver expectations to customers.

Develop efficient customized solutions to customers.

Follows department procedures and processes.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Associate degree in computer related field, dominion of languages such as C#, Java Script, SQL, and frameworks as Node JS.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

3 years of experience in implementation engineering

Ability to perform basic analysis tasks, with minimal supervision.
-
Ability to translate business and functional specifications into code.
-
Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies with assistance.
-
Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
-
Critical thinking skills and mathematical skills are also highly important.
