POSITION: Paraplanner -A Paraplanner holds a pivotal position in supporting financial advisors by gathering client data, conducting research, and creating preliminary financial reports and analyses. They act as behind-the-scenes enablers, ensuring advisors have the necessary information at their disposal for sound decision-making.

(The Salary range for this position is $45,000-$80,000)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Collection: Gather financial data from clients to help form comprehensive plans.
• Research: Investigate financial products and market trends, then summarize findings for advisors.
• Client Interaction: Handle routine client requests and set up meetings.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Implementation: Aid advisors in enacting their financial recommendations for clients.

PREREQUISITES:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Certification: Life Insurance license is a MUST.
• Experience: Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software and tools; familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
