ROLE
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and hard-working Recruiter to join our team. (The Salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and reach out to financial advisors, enlightening them about our services and partnership.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with potential recruits, conveying our values and vision.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and meet recruitment targets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in any previous role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
