World of DVC is a fast growing, founder managed, private equity backed company that is comprised of several business units that each provide services for Disney Vacation Club (timeshare) members. Magic Vacation Title, one of these businesses, provides closing services to those buying and selling Disney Vacation Club points.

Job Description

Utilizing excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills. This person will manage the closing side of the business including ensuring the accuracy and compliance of post-closing mortgage files and documentation. Training closing agents, working with other businesses units, and representing the core values of the company are required. This position reports to the MVT president.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible to manage day to day mortgage closing operations activities.
• Ensure full compliance to processes and mortgage regulations, team management and productivity and work pipeline balancing.
• Own/Drive proactive closure and follow ups for all compliance matters.
• Drive process improvements to improve the client experience.
• Increase team productivity.
• Supervise the closing agents in the day to day work including training, performance reviews, and company values.
• Interface professionally with clients, companies, and others representing MVT.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience or 5 years experience in the title/mortgage business.
• Exceptional oral/written communication skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Client focused mindset.
• Strong process mindset and process improvements.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is typically exposed to a standard interior office environment The employee is required to listen and respond to multiple team members. The majority of this position is sitting a desk using a computer. No heavy lifting is required.
