About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales team as a Sales Manager based remotely in California, Colorado, Tennessee, Oregon or Florida.
Are you someone who excels at communicating and building relationships with clients? magicplan is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Manager to join our great team! This is a customer-focused sales role, in which you will be selling an exciting mobile software solution to small- and medium-sized businesses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will need to contact inbound leads and expand their knowledge about magicplan. This means developing sales of potential customers in North America according to our sales objectives and long-term growth strategy. To our customers you will be the magicplan product champion, understanding their needs, offering them a solution that fits their individual use case and guiding them through the purchasing and onboarding process.
- Build a sales pipeline, manage ongoing opportunities and close sales.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities by attending trade shows and conferences or by presenting at seminars and webinars.
- Meet with prospects to understand their needs and identify purchase decision-makers and decision-making process criteria.
- Provide value propositions, handle objections and prepare invoices.
- Establish and maintain profitable partner and reseller relationships.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to scope customer demands and potential product customizations.
- Support the development of targeted sales presentations for potential new clients.
- Onboard and support Sales Development Representatives to work closely with you and the sales team
About You
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Manager. A few things you need to have.
- 2 - 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Insurance, Construction, Restoration or, IT industry.
- Experience developing strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrate relationship skills, collaboration, and the ability to develop business networks.
- Demonstrate a good sense of prioritizing and analyzing your territory, and business opportunities.
- Build customer databases and proactively target relevant industries
- Conclude new sales and support new customers post-sales
- Listen and understand customers' business needs and, quickly implement creative solutions
- Able to qualify and pass on referrals consistently and accurately
- Work with customer support and the development team to ensure the best outcome for the client.
- Experience with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competition
Additionally, we are even more impressed if you had some experience with:
- Experience in SaaS sales
- You have worked with HubSpot before
- Construction, renovation, restoration industry experience or knowledge.
- Worked in a Startup environment or small business
- Interested in AI & AR technology
