The Inventory Management Solutions team at Magid supports over 400 at sites nationally that drive $100M in revenue annually. Our Inventory Solution offering includes industry leading CribMaster IoT vending machines and PPE consignment programs. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for accurately maintaining our integrated systems that are used to support our Inventory Solutions offerings. Success in the role will require strong partnerships with internal and external customers to consistently deliver a world class customer experience.
What Will I Do?

Machine reconfiguration

Parts order

Report requests

Database information updates

Equipment return requests

Inventory recommendations

Documents all support tickets, including corrective action, resolution completion time, and closure comments

Identify & document consistent support issues and provide recommendations on how we can proactively minimize and/or eliminate

Provides ongoing training to customers & service reps on the CribMaster & SupplyPro software as needed

Creates & delivers custom reports to the customer

Support overflow of implementation/analyst work load
Am I Qualified?

1 years of technical support experience preferred

Mechanically inclined with strong PC skills

Self-starter with great time management

Ability to follow procedure and maintain documentation integrity

Please Note:
Magid is working a "Hybrid” work week schedule meaning 3 days a week in the Romeoville (IL) office, 2 days remote. Therefore, you must be able to commute to Romeoville as required and/or as needed.
