Job Profile Summary Partner with the Customer Services team to maintain and build customer relationships by managing questions and concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism. Provides timely response and resources to customer inquiries including risk management and claims consultation, account management inquires, underwriting and coverage explanations and all other aspects of client needs. Specific Duties: Maintain collaborative, professional and consultative customer-oriented relationship with MagMutual clients. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering client questions through resolution and conducting follow-up activities. Foster long-term client relationships and oversee all communications to assigned accounts; may include on-site meetings when needed. Maintain technical and professional expertise in order to provide current, innovative, customer-focused risk management, regulatory compliance and patient safety consultation. Provide accurate, quality and professional information to support clients. Assist with the creation and documentation of technical knowledge database for common issues and questions experienced by clients. Document and monitor all client interactions and services utilizing appropriate systems. Work closely with the additional MagMutual departments to provide world class service. Be an internal customer service champion, assuring clear and regular communication to key MagMutual employees. Reinforce and reflect the established precepts and strategic plans of MagMutual. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred - One to five years of experience in the healthcare risk management, quality assurance, health law, or other related healthcare experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft office products. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and adapt to change. Team-oriented, collaborative and have a positive attitude. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to be courteous and helpful. Communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation. Interpersonal skills, including relationship-building. Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines.
