Job Description
Responsibilities to include:
Customer Service - Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and courteous manner. Provide information about our tinting services, pricing, and scheduling.
Appointment Setting - Manage appointments and bookings, ensuring a smooth workflow for tinting technicians. Coordinate with customers to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed. Manage 20 - 50 Turo fleet bookings per week.
Phone and Email Communication - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Cash Handling - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and prepare receipts for customers.
Documentation - Maintain detailed records of appointments, customer information, and payments.
Product Knowledge - Stay informed about the various tinting films, services, and packages offered. Provide recommendations to customers based on their needs.
Administrative Support - Assist with various administrative support tasks as needed.
Quality Assurance - Inspect completed tinting jobs with customer to ensure quality standards are met before releasing vehicle. Address any customer complaints or concerns professionally, and seek solutions to resolve issues effectively.
Maintaining Cleanliness - Ensure the front desk area and waiting room are kept clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of computer software for scheduling and record keeping
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge or interest in automotive tinting a plus
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
