Now hiring for the following shifts:
- C Crew: Friday – Saturday 5:30am – 5:30pm, Sunday – Monday 5:30pm – 5:30am (daily OT likely, production levels vary)
* Employees must train on either of the below shifts until April 2023 when they will be moved to the above split shift

Job Summary
Foam Operators build foam seat components for vehicles. Foam Operators cycle through an established rotation of tasks within a workday. Functions include but are not limited to preparing foam molds, inserting parts based on specifications, cleaning the molds, trimming excess foam, repairing foam parts and packing/boxing the finished product. Employees must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Key Responsibilities of Foam Operators
- Meet process, quality, and time requirements of each operation.
- Perform inspection and repair as required ensuring that all production meets customer standards.
- Employees are responsible for participating on QOS / MPS / CI teams as required for process improvement.
- Complies with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.
- Report issues and improvements to support the overall build process.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Work safely by following all company policies, reporting all unsafe and unhealthy conditions, and reporting all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in accordance with the Magna Employee Charter and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
