We are looking to hire onboard pharmacy technicians to assist with patients ordering/refilling prescriptions over the phone, among other responsibilities. Location: Downtown Chicago
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
Hourly Rate: $19 -$25/hr (based on experience)
Position Type: Full-time, Contract to hire
Start date: January 22nd, 2024
Responsibilities:
- Handle back to back inbound and outbound calls (This will be the majority of the day)
- Perform outreach to patients relating to their prescriptions or refills
- Acts as the medication subject matter expert for the organization
- Contacts prescribers offices to obtain demographic information or related data as needed
- Act as the communicator between patients, providers, pharmacies and other clinicians
- Maintain a professional demeanor when speaking with patients, providers, and other employees
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in customer service, over the phone, or outreach
- Pharmacy Tech Certification

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
