Magnolia ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician who is looking to advance their career and skills, while gaining valuable experience. Magnolia ABA company, helping families with autistic children receive the therapy their child needs to lead an easier and more dynamic life. In your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist/ RBT Trainer you will oversee the hiring and training process, while ensuring that operations are running smoothly in our San Jose training center/clinic. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including hiring and onboarding, developing and implementing training procedures, and ensuring that the clinic is equipped to provide training and services to our incoming staff. You will work closely with the HR Assistant and collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions.
- Review resumes of new potential employees.
- Conduct interviews for potential new employees.
- Coordinate training for new employees and ensure that they are properly onboarded before training begins.
- Work closely with clinical staff to develop an effective training for new Behavior Technicians/ aspiring RBTs.
- Take a lead role in training incoming Behavior Technicians.
- Communicate employment information to new employees and assist with any onboarding related queries.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Collaborate with HR assistant to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure a pleasant onboarding and training experience.
- Greeting employees and visitors once they enter the facility.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA or related field
- Knowledge of basic regulations and practices within an office/clinic setting
- Passion for educating others and helping others advance in their careers
- Great at public speaking and being able to answer questions with ease
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced technology proficiency (Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, Google Suite)
- Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to adjust plans in short notice as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
