Hiring ASAP: Automotive Office Manager
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 Per Year

Duties:
- Timely completion of end-of-month accounting processing, reconciliations, and reports
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements (including reviewing for accuracy and expense trend analysis)
- Assist in completion of interim and annual audit
- Generate Journal Entries as necessary
- Calculate and report sales taxes before deadline
- Verify all daily activity to include deposits, receivables, refunds, receipts, deal posting, etc. to general ledger
- Monitor schedules to ensure transactions are processed timely and kept current
- Run, review, balance and interpret reports daily and at month end
- Assist in payroll as necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Automotive experience absolutely required
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills
- Computer experience a plus
- Fast paced work environment
