This is an opportunity for any one who is experienced in detailed cleaning. This includes but is not limited to residential, vacations rentals, condos and other rental properties. Cadidate must be reliable, responsible and detail oriented and provide his or her own transportation.

Requirements:
- Level 2 Background check
- Age 18 and older
- 3 verifiable references
- Reliable transportation
- COVID vaccination preferred
- Read, write, and speak English fluently-Bilingual is a plus
- Submit to and pass Criminal and Sex Offender Background Check
- Valid US driver license/Current auto insurance/Clean DMV record
- Position is in Fernandina Beach FL (FL certification needed)
