We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time energetic Office Assistant. The Hours are flexible with Free parking.We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, with an excellent work ethic.
- Successful candidate must have prior knowledge
Knowledge of concrete is a plus, but not required
- Candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft including Excel spreadsheets, AIAs, and Word
Knowledge of Outlook and Google
- Being a team player with all members of the office is essential. Ability to communicate effectively in person, through email, and share phone responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
- Preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems along with some administrative projects.
- Maintaining complete document files for all relevant project documentation.
- Typing skills and proper grammar usage is a must.
- Ability to advance and thrive in a quiet, fast-paced work environment

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
