A Day in the Life of a Dietary Worker at Magnolia Manor
- Prepare meals in accordance with standardized menu (recipes, portions, and special diets).
- Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- Perform daily cleaning in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
- Assist in checking diet trays and carts before distribution.
- Discard outdated items stored in walk-in cooler.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precaution policies and procedures when preparing food, cleaning equipment, and performing other daily tasks.
- Report any hazardous conditions/equipment to the Dietary Manager immediately
