Position Overview: As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, assisting with schedule management, and supporting our growth initiatives. Your primary duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily company operations.
- Handle schedule management, including covering shifts or finding suitable replacements in case of call-outs.
- Support the recruiting process, including setting up interviews and conducting initial interviews.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedication to a minimum 40-hour workweek, with occasional extra hours based on company needs.
