Seeking an individual who has:
- Prior transportation experience in Truckload/Local Cartage/Broker capacity.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible in an environment where priorities and load schedules are constantly changing.
- A high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with drivers and customers verbally or in written/messaging format.
- Knowledge of business processes, transportation and dispatch terminology.
- The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Participation skills in a team environment and able communicate effectively.
- Geographical knowledge of the assigned metro area and the Midwest.
- Truckmate (TMW) software experience (preferred).
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for entering bills of lading in TMW dispatch system, payroll verification, office administration and backup dispatch personnel.
- Enter each bill of lading number into TMW, including adding up weights into the system.
- Dispatching all trips in TMW, including creating a trip number, and assigning truck, driver, and trailers.
- Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) from customers.
- Manage time clock and enter all PTO time for employees at terminal.
- Order office supplies and truck supplies.
- Track driver uniforms and bills associated with the uniforms.
- Backup dispatchers.
- Assist in answering phones.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
