What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Back and Food Runner position at Mahwah Fine Dining?
Bar back's duties are to keep the bar stocked and to assist the bartenders. The job entails, but is not limited to, refilling ice when needed, stocking glassware and other things the bartenders need to fill drinks, cutting garnishes, removing dirty dishes, keeping the area clean. Basically assisting the bartenders in whatever they need during a busy night. No experience needed, just need a desire to hustle, and be responsible.
