As a key member of the MAI Marketing Team, the Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive business growth in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, the individual is responsible for the various administrative processes and tasks that keep Marketing running. These include program and project management for various initiatives and campaigns and managing the entry and execution of marketing data and analytics.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, project management, and execution of marketing programs, projects, and initiative, including agency work.
- Partner with the CMO to drive Marketing operations, tools, and systems strategy.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize the marketing funnels to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead the integration of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Implement new marketing technologies that align with marketing processes and approaches.
- Manage incoming leads and coordinate handoff to sales.
- Review marketing processes to find areas where technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, build, and maintain all marketing performance reports for website performance, content usage, etc.; ensures integrity of data.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in Marketing systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and application of key technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7 years of previous experience in marketing operations, planning, project management, and strategy in product marketing and/or digital marketing.
- 7–10 years’ experience leading and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and other projects and initiatives.
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, One Note)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems to create and track campaigns.
- Experience with a variety of automation tools, communications platforms, and other marketing and data reporting applications and technologies.
- Experience with Word Press, Smartsheet, and Seismic are a plus.
