Local cleaning service is in need of an Office Admin/Scheduler to join our family oriented team.
Full-time or Part-time
Weekly pay
Flexibility to work from home two days a week
Office Admin/Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and input customer data into company systems
- Order and maintain supplies
- Assist with organizational and administrative duties
- Manage schedule
- Enter customer information into system
- Organize workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information and managing assignments
- Other Tasks as assigned
Office Admin Coordinator Requirements:
- Excellent telephone skills, highly organized, excellent attention to detail, effective problem-solver.
- Must be reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be multi-task oriented and able to organize and prioritize his/her workload.
- Must be able to learn quickly and be adaptable to a variety of situations.
- Must be able to both give and follow directions in order to accomplish not only the above-described duties and tasks, but also any others that may be assigned.
Salary : $28,200 - $35,700
