Scheduling Coordinator/Cheif Juggler

Our 5-Star Maid Service is looking for a creative, high energy, accountable addition to our fast-growing company. This job starts earlier in the day and most of the work is done fairly early. The rest of the time will be spent on creating a 'Culture Club' for our amazing housekeepers, who are the star of the show.

Scheduler

Purpose of Position: To ensure every repeat client is cleaned on the day scheduled or requested to exceed our customers' expectations. To ensure Absent employees' jobs are covered. To ensure every customer scheduling request, change, and preference is documented and cheerfully accommodated. Must be skilled at Tetris or puzzles!

• Finding spots for new bookings
• Strategic technician routing
• Take customer calls and accommodate schedule changes cheerfully
• Rescheduling jobs for the same day or as soon as possible
• Alert customer when the technician will be late
• Ensure routing efficiency
• Help with Employee check-in Day
• Assist Office Manager with duties as requested to keep the office flowing smoothly

Culture Club Coordinator

Purpose of this Position:

To create the best job in our field to attract and retain highly ethical and motivated housekeepers. To be generous and create a fun job that is appreciated.

These duties would include:

• Marketing ideas for new housekeepers
• Customer service
• Onboarding new housekeepers
• Being in charge of Birthdays, Surprise gifts, Anniversary gifts, Monthly Meeting Giveaways, etc
• Help field staff through the day with lock-outs or wrong directions
• Tracking field staff hours to be sure they are on track for the day to complete the jobs in a timely manner
• Thinking outside the box and following through with ideas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
