Job Summary:
As the General Manager of MaidPro, you will play a critical role in overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the company. Your leadership and management will be instrumental in achieving business goals, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cleaning and housekeeping industry, strong leadership skills, and a strategic vision for growth. This is a 30 hour/week position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue targets, growth, and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including cleaning services, scheduling, client management, and administration.
- Lead and manage a team of maids and cleaning professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and expense control to optimize company profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies in the maid services industry.

- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the cleaning and housekeeping industry or a related field.
