Daily Responsibilities:
- Focus 90% of time on New Employee Hiring using different platforms (Social Media, CareerPlug, really etc)
- Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help organize and streamline employee interaction
- Represent the business in local/community-based marketing and hiring capacities.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bilingual in both verbal and written Spanish/English
- A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
- Some Experience in Hiring Preferred but will train the right candidate.
