- Make an Impact! Home Sweet Home! Patients can receive excellent care in the comfort of their own home with a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, a member of the home care and Hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member of the home care and hospice teams who work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. Use your critical thinking skills in observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed.

Position: Home Health Aide - Home Care Network
Shift: Day Shift 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Experience:
MUVE CNAs:
1. One or more years as a Certified Nursing Assistant within the healthcare setting required.
2. Ortho or home health aide experience preferred.
3. 5 years as a certified nursing assistant with a hospital or ASC preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Valid Driver's License and automobile that is insured in accordance with organizational requirements and is in good order.
2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
3. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA) preferred.
4. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
